The main three factors are
- Will you have enough space in your attic to include a bathroom
- Is the water pressure powerful enough
- Is the roof high enough
A normal attic en-suite bathroom consists of an electric shower, a toilet and a sink.
Space needs to be considered when adding a en-suite to an attic space, the best place for a bathroom is in the corner beside the stairs where it will take up less space. If your roof is not high enough then it may not fit, although a simple toilet and sink might.
